What to put in it
You don't need to write much. These four things are usually enough for us to tell you whether Phil is worth your time:
- Roughly how many presses you run
- What's costing you the most time or scrap right now
- Whether your documents are allowed to leave the building
- Who looks after the PCs — someone in-house, an outside firm, or nobody
What happens next. A short working session — a call or a visit — to understand where your time and money actually go. If we don't think Phil helps with what you described, we'll say so. That is a cheaper outcome for both of us than a pilot that goes nowhere.
If it does look like a fit: one workflow, one low-risk use case, a real result in weeks rather than quarters.

Same address. If you're reporting a problem, tell us which tier you're on — Starter or Managed — and what you were asking Phil when it happened.
Remember that on Starter we can't see your documents or your data, so we'll only know what you tell us. Send the question you asked and the answer you got, not your document library.
